Due to the weather emergency for the impending snowstorm, the Commercial Township Board of Education is moving tonight’s meeting to take place virtually, which will commence at 6:30 PM.  To access the meeting, please visit the Board’s website on or before that time at www.commercialschools.org for login information.   Additionally, members of the public who do not have internet access can attend the meeting via telephone at Dial-in #: (317) 610-0038 and Pin #406 606 146#.

 

 Members of the public will be able to participate in the meeting as they normally do during the public participation sections of the agenda. Formal action will be taken.

 

These meetings will be held for whatever business may come before the Board of Education.  The closed portion of the meeting, from which the public is excluded, will be for the purpose of discussing a matter or matters permitted to be discussed in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act.  Formal action may be taken at any Voting Session meeting.
